The University Apartments is a market rate housing development designed to serve the needs of the staff and students of a private university in Phoenix valley, while at the same time attracting tenants from outside the university. This 282 unit project is located on a 7.23 acre site, across the street from the university campus.

The designed unit mix of this four-story development includes primarily one and two bedroom apartments, with small percentage of studios and three bedroom units. The unit density ratio is 39 units per acre. Surface parking (mostly covered) is located around the development with easy access to buildings. Outdoor amenities are located within interior courtyards and include pool with hot tub and beach cabanas, various seating areas, bocce ball courts, beach volleyball court, playground, dog run, BBQ cooking areas etc. Indoor amenities are located within an attached clubhouse / lease center, and include fitness center, game rooms, meeting and co-work spaces, kitchenette and lounge areas.
