The Grove, Phoenix, AZ

The Grove is a 400 unit housing project next to a Phoenix light-rail transport corridor. The development shall be carried out in two phases on the 4.25 acre site. Phase one shall include a 5-story wood frame, 220 unit development with surface covered parking and a density of 52 units per acre. Phase 2 shall replace a surface parking lot with a 2-story podium parking structure and additional 3-story, 180 unit development above it. The density after completion of the phase 2 shall be 94 units per acre.

The project includes various indoor and outdoor amenities.  An attached 3 story clubhouse / leasing center will feature large lounge, fitness center, game rooms and spacious co-working areas. The roof-top terrace shall overlook an outdoor pool and will have prominent views of downtown Phoenix. Outdoor amenities  include pool lounge areas, spa and cabanas, BBQ areas, bocce ball courts, playground, dog run, and more.
