Fairfield Inn & Suites, Folsom, CA

Marriott Fairfield Inn & Suites is a new limited-service hotel development located off of Highway 50 and Bidwell Street in Folsom, California. The hotel is near Palladio Center and Folsom Gateway shopping centers.

The Marriott Fairfield Inn & Suites design and construction is a first-of-its-kind, wood framed modular, prefabricated, pre-finished stackable unit technology on a standard foundation. DesignCell worked with Guerdon, the manufacturer, to design the hotel units to meet the Marriott brand criteria. This new technology offers developers economic benefit and increases the construction process. The interiors are fully finished with all fixtures and require minimal furnishings. The three-story hotel, of 97 rooms and 51,000 SF, offers one king sofa bed mini suite, and one king and two queen hotel rooms. The hotel offers standard brand amenities including an indoor pool.

DesignCell provided design for the hotel and administration for Design/Bid/Build construction. The project was completed January 2017.
