Courtyard Exterior PIP, Stockton, CA

This Stockton property underwent a series of exterior updates to modernize its appearance and align with Marriott’s latest brand standards. At the main entrance, the existing gable roof was boxed out, the entry and canopy streamlined, and existing arches were squared off to create a cleaner, more contemporary expression.

The porte cochere was similarly refreshed, replacing the existing mansard roofs with modern parapets and simplifying the column detailing to complement the updated façade. At the building end caps, the rooflines were flattened and enhanced with cantilevered canopies, Nichiha wall panels, Longboard accents, new railings, and updated signage. The balcony railings were also repainted as part of the overall exterior refresh.
