Courtyard by Marriott Stockton, CA Property Improvement Plan

Several exterior areas of this Stockton property are being updated and revitalized to reflect Marriott’s latest brand standards. In the hotel’s main entrance, the main gable roof will be boxed out, the main entrance will be upgraded, the canopy streamlined, arches straightened, and new signage added. In the Port Cochere, the mansard roofs will be replaced with straight modern parapet to match the modern scheme of building and the details on the columns will be streamlined. At the end caps, the roof will be flattened, and a cantilevered canopy and Nichiha wall panels/longboard accents will be added along with a new railing and new signage. Lastly, the balcony railings will be refreshed with a new coat of paint.
