Courtyard by Marriott Stockton, CA Property Improvement Plan

Several exterior areas of the Stockton property were updated and revitalized to reflect Marriott’s latest brand standards. In the hotel’s main entrance, the main gable roof was boxed out, the main entrance was upgraded, the canopy was streamlined, arches were straightened, and new signage was added. In the Port Cochere, the mansard roofs were replaced with straight modern parapet to match the modern scheme of building and the details on the columns were streamlined. At the end caps, the roof was flattened, and a cantilevered canopy and Nichiha wall panels/longboard accents were added along with a new railing and new signage. Lastly, the balcony railings were refreshed with a new coat of paint.
