Courtyard Exterior PIP, Henderson, NV

Courtyard Las Vegas Henderson Green Valley Property Improvement Plan

Renovations to this 82,700 square foot, three-story hotel are necessary to update the property to comply with Marriott’s brand standards. Interior renovations will include enlarging the Fitness Center to 650 sq. ft., updating its flooring and base, and replacing the vinyl wall covering. Other upgrades will be made to the public space, meeting spaces, and softgoods.

Extensive changes will be made to the exterior of the building. In the hotel’s main entrance, the main gable roof will be boxed out, the main entrance upgraded, the canopy streamlined, arches straightened, and new signage added. In the Port Cochere, the mansard roofs will be replaced with straight modern parapet to match the modern scheme of building and the details on the columns will be streamlined.

At the end caps, the roof will be flattened, and a cantilevered canopy and Nichiha wall panels/longboard accents will be added along with a new railing and new signage. The trellis in the pool area will be enhanced by adding tiles to the columns for a clean base and by painting the beams to match the modern color scheme of the building. Finally, the balconies will be refreshed with a new coat of paint on the railings and the removal of floral patterns.
