Courtyard Exterior PIP, Henderson, NV

Courtyard Las Vegas Henderson Green Valley Property Improvement Plan

Renovations to this 82,700 square foot, three-story hotel were necessary to update the property to comply with Marriott’s brand standards. Interior renovations included enlarging the Fitness Center to 650 sq. ft., updating its flooring and base, and replacing the vinyl wall covering. Other upgrades were made to the public space, meeting spaces, and softgoods.

Extensive changes were made to the exterior of the building. In the hotel’s main entrance, the main gable roof was boxed out, the main entrance was upgraded, the canopy was streamlined, arches were straightened, and new signage was added. In the Port Cochere, the mansard roofs were replaced with straight modern parapet to match the modern scheme of building and the details on the columns were streamlined.

At the end caps, the roof was flattened, and a cantilevered canopy and Nichiha wall panels/longboard accents were added along with a new railing and new signage. The trellis in the pool area was enhanced by adding tiles to the columns for a clean base and by painting the beams to match the modern color scheme of the building. Finally, the balconies were refreshed with a new coat of paint on the railings and the removal of floral patterns.
