Courtyard Exterior PIP, Henderson, NV

Renovations to the 82,700-square-foot, three-story hotel have been completed, bringing the property up to Marriott’s brand standards. Interior upgrades included enlarging the Fitness Center to 650 sq. ft., updating flooring and base, and replacing the vinyl wall covering. Additional enhancements were made to the public areas, meeting spaces, and softgoods.

Extensive exterior improvements transformed the building’s appearance. At the main entrance, the gable roof was boxed out, the entry upgraded, the canopy streamlined, arches straightened, and new signage installed. The porte-cochere was modernized with the replacement of the mansard roofs with straight parapets in line with the building’s updated design, along with streamlined column details.

At the end caps, the roof was flattened and a cantilevered canopy, Nichiha wall panels/Longboard accents, new railing, and new signage were added. In the pool area, the trellis was refreshed with tiled column bases and painted beams to complement the modernized color palette. Finally, the balconies were updated with newly painted railings and the removal of floral patterns, completing the property’s fresh, contemporary look.

This project is now open.
