December is a time for celebration, merriment, and reflection at each of our offices. 

This Christmas season, the Nevada and Arizona offices came together to celebrate the holiday season with a whirlwind of events. We started by decorating the tree, had a White Elephant gift exchange, tossed back a drink at happy hour, and laughed together at the Marriage is Murder dinner show. Meanwhile, the Lithuania team did a cooking class together at Insieme!

As we wrap up another incredible year, we can’t help but look back at everything we have crafted together.  2023 has been a year full of creativity and collaboration and we’re excited to share the highlights of our journey with you.

This year, we celebrated the milestone of opening our 50th hotel project!  Each structure stands as a testament to our collective commitment to innovation and excellence.

Looking ahead to 2024, we’re gearing up for more groundbreaking designs, sustainable solutions, and collaborative ventures.  Our goal is not just to design structures; it’s about creating lasting relationships that stand the test of time.
