Vantage Apartments were recently approved by the City of Henderson, NV as a master planned development. The proposed project was designed adjacent to Vantage Lofts, on a sloped site with a 50’ drop across the site.  The 116-unit project features smaller apartment units averaging 700 SF. and are intended to have 11-Ft. floor-to-floor heights.

Vantage Apartments consist of (3) 4-story buildings inclusive of (2) 32-unit buildings and (1) one 52-unit building for a total of 116 units together with various top-tier amenities including controlled perimeter access, clubhouse, fitness center, swimming pool, spa, covered parking, storage lockers, along with related landscape, hardscape, and waterscape elements to be developed on approximately 3.77 net acres of real property.
