Marriott TownePlace Suites and Hilton Home2 Suites are two distinct hotel brands sharing a prominent location in Las Vegas at West Tropicana Avenue and Dean Martin Drive, directly off of the Interstate 15 at Tropicana Avenue. This location offers close proximity to the MGM City Center and T-Mobile Arena, part of the famous Las Vegas strip. The two properties, Hilton Home2 Suites and Marriott TownePlace Suites will operate independently of each other, but will share the site as well as a 3-story parking garage consisting of 160 spaces. Both facilities offer separate resort style outdoor pools and complimentary color and use of materials.

Marriott TownePlace Suites is an all-suite hotel, offering guests the comfort of living while traveling. The extended stay brand provides everything guests need to be comfortable and productive. TownePlace Suites is also five-story, wood construction, with 111 rooms, and 65,100 SF offering spacious studios, one and two bedroom suites with full kitchens. TownePlace Suites also offers standard brand amenities.

DesignCell architecture provided all design for the hotel within the brand standards.  The project will be delivered utilizing Design/Bid/Build construction.
