Three New Hotel Openings in Two Weeks

We are excited to announce the opening of three new properties over the past two weeks: Hampton Inn & Suites Imperial Beach San Diego, Marriott SpringHill Suites Spokane Airport, Washington and TownePlace Suites Lake Forest Irvine. DesignCell Architecture provided the design for all three properties, which are owned and operated by our long-time client, Tharaldson Hospitality Management.

Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton, Imperial Beach San Diego, California is located on Palm Avenue, one mile from the San Diego Bay and the Imperial Beach Pier. The 4-story, 62,300 SF hotel features 100 guest rooms, a fitness center, a heated indoor pool, an outdoor fireplace and seating area, and a full service bar. The hotel is adjacent to restaurants, various small businesses and a grocery store and is just minutes away from Silver Strand State Beach, the North Island Naval Air Station, and the Las Americas Premium Outlets. The property opened on May 30^th.

Marriott SpringHill Suites, Spokane Airport, Washington is located north of the two parking garages at the Spokane International Airport just minutes from Northern Quest Resort & Casino, Northwest Museum of Arts and Culture and Riverfront Park. The 4-story, 68,100 SF, 109-suite hotel is the perfect blend of design and functionality, offering modern amenities including spacious and vibrant lobby, a 24-hour market, an indoor pool and on-site parking. The property opened on June 4^th.

TownePlace Suites by Marriott, Lake Forest Irvine, California is located off of the I-5 freeway in South Orange County near the Irvine Spectrum Center and just minutes from John Wayne Airport. The five-story, 67,600 SF property features 112 guest rooms with fully equipped kitchens and flexible workspaces, an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness center. The property opened on June 12^th.
