Scott Brown Visits IHG Holiday Inn Express Project in Phoenix, Arizona

Scott Brown, Principal of DesignCell Architecture, recently visited the Holiday Inn Express project in Phoenix, Arizona. Designed by DesignCell, the hotel is currently under construction, with opening slated for early 2020. Scott had the opportunity to visit the construction site in late September when he and fellow Principal, Kastytis Čechavičius, attended The Lodging Conference at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge in Phoenix. Scott was accompanied to the site, which is located off of I-17 a few miles from Wet ‘n’ Wild Phoenix Water Park, the Hedgpeth Hills Petroglyph Preserve and the Deer Valley Airport, by Darryl Szarka, Developer and Owner of the Project. As you can see in these photos, construction on the four-story, 96-room hotel is progressing nicely!

Also, while attending The Lodging Conference last month, Kastytis Čechavičius, Principal of DesignCell Architecture, visited the Hilton Garden Inn (one of DesignCell’s recent projects) in Surprise, Arizona. The four-story, 124 guestroom hotel, which is located within walking distance of Surprise Stadium, the spring training home for Major League Baseball’s Texas Rangers and Kansas City Royals, was recently completed. The new, modern design, which features sleek lines and sophisticated exterior treatments, looks amazing! Check out the photos!
