Project Spotlight - Hilton City Center Homewood Suites Tops Out

Hilton City Center’s Homewood Suites located along Dean Martin Drive in Las Vegas topped out this month. Hilton City Center consists of two hotels–Hilton Homewood Suites and Hilton Garden Inn & Suites including a shared parking garage.  Hilton Garden Inn is framing the 2nd floor, and the parking garage just broke ground.  This is the first 5 over 1 construction project type in Southern Nevada–five levels of Type 3A Construction over one level of Concrete Podium, Type 1A Construction.  The project fits 330 rooms plus 275 parking spaces in a parking garage, on a 3-acre site.

Martin-Harris Construction is the General Contractor. The project construction is progressing as scheduled with anticipated construction completion for late 2017.
