The TownePlace Suites by Marriott Las Vegas North I-15 is a four-story, 68,000+ square foot, 119-all suite hotel with fully equipped kitchens. Other amenities include a dining room, a state-of-the-art fitness center, guest laundry, flex area for business meetings and an outdoor area featuring a sparkling pool and spa adjacent to a spacious patio with barbecue grill and large fire pit.

To minimize noise levels from the nearby highway, sound insulating design elements were incorporated in the guestrooms to give the guests a comfortable and quiet room. Higher STC windows and PTACs with quiet kits were used as an acoustical solution. The hotel is open.
