Staybridge Suites is a new hotel located along Newpark Mall Drive in the City of Newark, California. The project is conveniently located near the Newpark mall and 880 Freeway. The site location is shared with a SpringHill Suites also designed by the firm.  This development offers convenient access for shopping and dining.

The four-story, 82,200 SF hotel offers 104 rooms of 50,820 SF in guest rooms, with spacious studios, one bedroom, and large two bedroom suites, great for single travelers and large families.  The rooms contain upgraded technology hubs, seating area, kitchenette, and modern bathrooms. The hotel offers guests over 5,200 SF of welcoming spaces with a large great room and den with expansive windows overlooking a lush landscaped courtyard.  Indoor hotel amenities include a warming kitchen and breakfast seating, business center, meeting room, the Pantry 24/7 convenience store, on-site guest laundry and large fitness center.  Outdoor amenities include a cozy fire pit, BBQ area with outdoor seating overlooking the outdoor pool. Indoor and outdoor bike storage is available for hotel guests as well as storage lockers on site for repeat business travelers to store belongings in between traveling.
