Holiday Inn Express Surprise AZ Property Improvement Plan
Interior updates were made to this InterContinental Hotel Groups (IHG) property, bringing it up to date with the hospitality company’s brand standards. Decorative millwork and other design elements were incorporated into the lobby area to enhance the guest’s first impression. Renovations were also made to the front desk, dining area, Fitness Center, restrooms, meeting rooms, corridors, elevator lobbies, and the employee lounge. Softgoods were also updated. Finally, a new enclosed breakfast buffet was added.
