Diamond Apartments, Goodyear, AZ

The Diamond Apartments are the second of DesignCell’s projects for pro athletes. The housing facility will be home to a major league baseball team during spring training.

The apartment complex, which is located within walking distance from Goodyear Ballpark, retail establishments, and restaurants, is a 4-story, 63,000 square foot, 42-unit pro athlete housing facility that features 1-,2-, and 3-bedroom units. Designed to enhance the development of the players and provide relaxation after rigorous training, the facility includes a classroom, a dining room, a conference room, a full-service barbershop, a pool area with built-in barbecues, a putting green and a player’s lounge/tv room.
