Holiday Inn Express in Phoenix, Arizona Opens

We are excited to announce the opening of the Holiday Inn Express Phoenix North – Happy Valley in Phoenix, Arizona. DesignCell Architecture designed the modern hotel, which opened on December 11, 2019, to meet the specific requirements and brand standards of InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG).

This Holiday Inn Express is located at 24655 North 23rd Avenue (off of I-17) in Phoenix, and is positioned within minutes of Wet ‘n’ Wild Phoenix Water Park, the Hedgpeth Hills Petroglyph Site and the Deer Valley Airport. The four-story, 53,600 square foot structure houses 96 guest rooms, including 18 suites, and features a well-equipped fitness studio which overlooks the outdoor pool, as well as many other standard Holiday Inn Express amenities.
