Hilton Home2 Opens in Roseville, California

We are excited to announce the opening of the Hilton Home2 Suites in Roseville/Sacramento California. DesignCell Architecture worked closely with our client and their operations team to design the hotel, which is located on a shared site with the Marriott Residence Inn off of Highway 65.

This Home2 Suites meets all of the specific requirements and standards of the Hilton brand. The four-story, 16,335 SF structure houses 105 suites, including standard studios and one-bedroom suites, all with a bright décor and open floor plan. Each suite features all the comforts of home, including a well-equipped kitchen with full-size appliances. The property includes an outdoor saline pool, combined fitness and laundry facilities, and a 24-hour Home2 MKT®.

The hotel is positioned next to the popular Topgolf entertainment and driving range complex and just 6 miles from both Thunder Valley Casino Resort and Golfland-Sunsplash amusement park.
