Hampton Inn & Suites Porter Ranch Breaks Ground

DesignCell Architecture is proud to announce the ground-breaking of the new Hilton Hampton Inn & Suites in Porter Ranch, California. The hotel is being built by Tharaldson Hospitality Development as part of the newly developed Vineyards at Porter Ranch, an upscale mixed-used retail, multi-family living, office, hospitality, and lifestyle project located in the north San Fernando Valley.

Scott Brown attended the groundbreaking ceremony and expressed his excitement about the project. “We are happy to break ground on this project which will be the final element added to The Vineyards,” he said. “We are working closely with both Tharaldson and Shapell Properties [developers of The Vineyards] to deliver an exceptionally designed hotel that meets their vision for this eco-friendly community.”

The 4-story, 60,900 square foot project, located at 20150 Rinaldi Street, with easy access from Highway 118 at Porter Ranch Drive, will feature 100 guest rooms and suites, guest laundry, a guest market, fitness center, meeting room, swimming pool, and a patio with barbecue and fire pit. With its easy access to the shopping and entertainment at The Vineyards and its views of the Pacific Ocean, this Hilton property will be the perfect place for travelers to both Porter Ranch and the greater San Fernando Valley.

The ground-breaking ceremony was attended by DesignCell Architecture, representatives of Tharaldson Hospitality Development, Shapell Properties, Los Angeles City Council, and other community organizations.

The project is expected to be completed in the spring/summer of 2023.
