DesignCell Architecture is excited to announce the opening of the Springhill Suites in Pleasanton, California. This Marriott all-suite property, located at 7270 Johnson Drive, opened on December 20, 2023.

This hotel shares its location with a new Marriott TownePlace Suites which is scheduled to open later this year. The two properties, which are owned and managed by Tharaldson Hospitality Development, will also share a 2,000 square ft. drive-through coffee shop and an outdoor swimming pool.

This five-story, 74,000+ square ft. hotel also features 122 stylish and spacious guest suites designed for working, meeting or relaxing, a fitness center, and a vibrant lobby with a 24-hour market.

The hotel is located near the Oakland Zoo and Six Flags Hurricane Harbor Concord as well as several recreational parks, restaurants, and shopping centers, making it convenient for both business and leisure travelers.
