Celebrating the Opening of the Springhill Suites by Marriott in Las Vegas

DesignCell Architecture is excited to announce the opening of the Springhill Suites in Las Vegas, Nevada!

Located at 6590 South Decatur Boulevard, this Marriott all-suite property, the sixth suburban hotel in the Las Vegas Valley owned and managed by Nigro Development, opened on July 18, 2023.

The four-story, 74,000 square ft. hotel features 127 suites—double queen and king—designed to cater to both leisure and business travelers. Each suite promotes both productivity and relaxation, combining in-suite workspaces and all the amenities of a restful retreat. The hotel also features a dining room, pool and spa, fitness center and 24-hour marketplace.

Located off the 215 Beltway, close to business parks, Allegiant Stadium and the Vegas Strip, the hotel is expected to attract business travelers, amateur sports teams and tourists
