Celebrating the Opening of Marriott Residence Inn Stapleton

DesignCell Architecture announces the opening of Marriott Residence Inn located in Stapleton, Colorado. The Marriott Residence Inn is a new extended-stay hotel located within the recently redeveloped area of Stapleton Airport. The hotel is sited near Interstate 70 and Central Park Boulevard near Northfield Stapleton Mall.

The new hotel is four-story, wood construction offering 112 rooms and 84,000 SF. Marriott Residence Inn design offers all of the comforts of home in studio, one, and two bedroom suites with fully equipped kitchenettes. Amenities include great room, breakfast seating area and warming kitchen, on-site laundry, indoor pool, spa, fitness center, outdoor patio and fire pit.

The site of the hotel is within a master planned development set behind a modern concrete, landscaped earthen berm. The siting of the building worked within these design features. The materials and colors of the hotel compliment the surrounding area.
