You Are:

What You'll Do:
- Own the quality of Construction Documents on active projects.
- Spot issues before they become RFIs or redlines.
- Communicate clearly with PMs, consultants, and internal teams.
- Make informed decisions and take initiatives.
- Help improve how we document, coordinate, and deliver work.
Day-to-Day:
- Produce and coordinate high-quality Construction Documents in Revit.
- Think critically, not just draft - identify conflicts, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Team Leaders, and consultants.
- Use technology intelligently, including AI tools, to work smarter.
- Set goals and actively work toward your next career step.

What We're Looking For
- 2-5 years of real architectural experience working on US projects (not internships).
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Strong proficiency in MS365, Revit, Artificial Intelligence (AI) software.
- Experience with mid-rise wood construction.
- Curiosity about AI and emerging tools (you don't need to be an expert).
- Clear, professional, and collaborative communicator - internal and externally
