YOUR ROLE
- Project Oversight: Lead architectural projects from start to finish, ensuring projects and team members stay on schedule, within budget, and meet our high-quality standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Be the go-to person for clients, contractors, and all project partners, ensuring smooth communication and quick resolution of any issues.
- Risk Management: Spot potential risks early and craft clever strategies to tackle them. Dive into complex technical and design challenges with creativity and confidence.
- Documentation: Accurately, maintain our project documentation with detailed plans, reports, and schedules. Conduct thorough quality reviews and maintain impeccable documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Over 10 years of project management experience, specializing in mid-rise hotels, self-storage facilities, and multi-family projects.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture.
- Architect license is preferred.
- Expert in using advanced software tools, including Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Office environment with some site visits required. Ability to sit at a workstation for extended periods of time.
