Construction Progress of Candlewood Suites and Holiday Inn Express in Las Vegas

Framing is well underway for two distinct hotel brands, Candlewood Suites and Holiday Inn Express, in Las Vegas. Check out these photos of the two hotels which are being built adjacent to each other on a +/- 2.32 acre site just east of the Las Vegas Strip. Utilizing Design, Bid, Build construction, DesignCell Architecture provided all design for both hotels within each chain’s brand standards.

Operating independently from each other, the five-story, 123-room Candlewood Suites and the five-story, 121-room Holiday Inn Express will share a pool and the parking lot. Both extended stay hotels also include independent fitness centers and guest laundries, and will give guests quick access to the MGM Grand Monorail Station which is just a 7-minute walk away.
