DesignCell is proud to announce that we have reached an industry milestone of 50 open hotel projects. It is with great pleasure and a sense of accomplishment that we reflect on our decade-long journey since designing our first hotel—a road paved with dedication, perseverance, and a collaborative spirit—and look to the many exciting projects and milestones that lie ahead. We’ve built an extraordinary knowledge base, developed lasting relationships, and grown tremendously.

Building Experience

Over the past ten years, our team of talented architects, designers, and support staff have worked tirelessly to bring our clients’ dreams to life, ensuring that each project embodies the client’s unique vision and meets their specific needs. Together, we have honed our expertise, expanded our knowledge base, and refined our design sensibilities.

Through the experience of designing over 100 hotels, we have gained valuable insight and developed a comprehensive understanding of every aspect of the hospitality field. In addition to designing structures that provide the highest level of functionality and meet the aesthetic desires of our clients, we are proud to employ value engineering, one of our core principles, which emphasizes efficiency in our designs and benefits our clients by saving them money. In a time when interest rates and construction costs are on the rise, this approach has become critically important, and we are proud that it is already an integral part of our process.

We are genuinely excited about the lasting relationships we have developed and continue to nurture with many renowned hospitality brands and developers. We work closely with these industry leaders to continuously expand our knowledge and expertise, staying up to date with their brand standards and the latest developments across the evolving industry. 

Growth

We have grown tremendously over the past decade and have expanded our geographical reach with offices in Las Vegas, Nevada; Vilnius, Lithuania; and now, Scottsdale, Arizona. With our recent office opening in Scottsdale, we have grown to a team of 35 talented professionals, and we look forward to adding to our exceptional team and opening more locations in the future.
