Cambria, Glendale, AZ
The Cambria is a 6 story, 138 guest room hotel project in Glendale, Arizona. The site is in the vicinity of Gila River Arena (home of the NHL’s Coyotes) and Westgate Entertainment District.
The hotel features outdoor swimming pool, roof terrace/lounge area and bar overlooking the entertainment district, fitness center and multifunctional meeting and conference room.
R93 Apartments, Las Vegas, NV
R93 Apartments is an 80 unit complex that houses both short term (Hotel) and long stay (Apartment) functions. Designed on a 0.9 acre site in the close proximity to Las Vegas Blvd. (“Strip”) and the Airport the project uses share a ground level parking, lobby and reception spaces, fitness center and an upper level view deck.
The Grove, Phoenix, AZ
The Grove is a 400 unit housing project next to a Phoenix light-rail transport corridor. The development shall be carried out in two phases on the 4.25 acre site. Phase one shall include a 5-story wood frame, 220 unit development with surface covered parking and a density of 52 units per acre. Phase 2 shall replace a surface parking lot with a 2-story podium parking structure and additional 3-story, 180 unit development above it.
University Apartments, Phoenix, AZ
The University Apartments is a market rate housing development designed to serve the needs of the staff and students of a private university in Phoenix valley, while at the same time attracting tenants from outside the university. This 282 unit project is located on a 7.23 acre site, across the street from the university campus.
